Capoeira for Kids

Capoeira classes especially tailored for 4 to 13 years.

Capoeira is a great way to get kids active and engaged in structured physical activity, helping to develop fitness, balance and co-ordination. Through the movement and music of Capoeira, children can learn about the history and culture of Brazil as well as learning some Brazilian Portuguese.

We have classes in:

• Chelmsford - Tuesday’s 18.00 – 19.15 (Create Dance Studio, Unit 8, Eckersley Road Industrial Estate, Chelmsford, Essex)
• Southend –  Saturday’s 12.00 – 13.00 (Fitness First, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex)
• Wickford* – Wednesday’s 15.15 – 16.15 (After school club – Wickford Junior School, open to students only)
• London – Monday’s 18.00 – 19.00 (Brady Art & Community Center, 192 – 196 Hanbury Street, E1 5HU) February 2012

*£2.50 for after school clubs.
