Acrobatics class every Tuesday

If you would like to improve your Capoeira acrobatics then this is the class for you. During the summer months when the weather is good, we train outside. If the weather is bad we will meet @ Basildon Sports Village for an open gymnastics night 20.30 till 22.00.
