Classes, training… Capoeira and more…
Just a couple of things to reinstate about the classes to keep things running smoothly and to make the most of the time within the classes:
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, make sure you don’t miss out on the warm up. On exceptions please txt in advance to say that you’ll be late.
- Wear your uniform, whites and cord at all classes except Leigh on Sea, and Southend. At these classes you can choose to wear whites or colours.
- Register and pay (where needed) at the beginning of the class so that we can make the most of the time at the end.
- Monthly payments, please make your payments within the 1st and 5th of every month. After this date you will be switched to the pay by class payment.
- Wednesdays and Saturdays bring your berimbau’s and pandeiros so that we can practice music and for rodas.
