We are pleased to say that the Kids capoeira class in Harlow is starting again next week, Tuesday 21st September @ the new time of 17.00 – 18.00. Its still at the same location the GPCA. Please go to the classes page for more information.

LAINDON CLASS….LOCATION
We are happy to confirm that the Laindon class is staying on Tuesday’s in the Laindon Community Centre from 19.00 till 21.00. Check out the classes page if you would like more information.
END OF MONTH RODA – SEPTEMBER
We would like to invite you all to our “End of month OPEN RODA” which will be on Saturday 25th September @ Fitness First, Southend, Essex.
The class starts from 12pm ending with a nice long open roda…. The August Roda was great fun and amazing energy, so make sure you note this date in your diary for the next one!
This month we will also have some special guests!!!!
