Tonight the class will be in the Laindon Community Center from 19.00 – 21.00. The hall may change from next week, so please make sure you give us your contact number in class for the new venue.

END OF THE MONTH RODA – AUGUST

This months “end of the month RODA” will take place in Southend @ Fitness First on Saturday 28th August…. Bring your berimbaus and lots of good energy.

The “end of the month RODA” is to encourage our little capoeira family, plus friends, to get together as a group once a month and enjoy the wonderful fruits that Capoeira has to offer…
