BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY BY THE SEA….
This bank holiday not only is celebrating the Southend Air show, but we are going to be having a street roda and some training either on the beach or in the park. Including music and capoeira! Get in touch if you want to come down, we’ll be getting together around midday, but I’d advise you to turn up about 10ish, as it will be very busy on the roads and trains due to the airshow.

BEACH FUN THIS SATURDAY AFTER CLASS
This Saturday after the class at Fitness First, we are going to head to the beach with a BBQ. To train some acrobatics, eat good food, drink good drinks….. and make some wonderful music! Make sure you get yourself to class before hand, get warmed up and ready to rock in the afternoon!!
Don’t forget your sun tan cream 
and bring berimbaus if you have them!!
